How to Make Cinnamon Tea
1 cinnamon stick or 1 table spoon of ground cinnamon
Cup of water
1 table spoon of honey
- Put the cinnamon powder or the broken stick into the water and start boiling it slowly while the lid is closed (If you prefer add cinnamon to boiling water, then let it steep for about 5-8 minutes)
- Filter the mix to separate the residue and add honey into the cup and stir
- You may have to heat it up again before serving
You can try this with black tea or green tea as well.
Tip: always use honey with cinnamon as the mix of cinnamon with honey will help you lose weight.
